Recently, one of our members sent me a link to this video. Normally I don’t have time to watch or read everything that comes across my desk, but this is something that I am so glad I did. It opened my eyes and refreshed my patriotism, especially in light of the sermon series we are beginning this sunday entitled “Dangerous Church”.
But it also reminded me that sometimes the church is too quiet on this type of teaching. We need to be bold in our proclamation that this is a nation founded on the Word and on a faith in the one true God. We need to be a voice that is heard.
Join us this Sunday as we close out this series Supernatural. We have looked at the world through a different lens. A world that is fighting in the spiritual realms, over your heart and your worship. God has given us everything we need to fight, The Word, the power of His Spirit, and the multitudes of Angels that fight alongside us.
This Wednesday (Aug 11) marks the kick-off of our Wednesday night Vine. Meal is at 6pm and classes begin at 7. Click here to see a list of the classes. For our opening night, the Youth Group would like to invite us to worship with them at their OMG service from 6:30-7pm, in the MAC room, prior to classes beginning at 7pm.
