In a place where death is a daily issue, it seems that the impossible has happened. Even these seasoned survivors are left with with an even greater sense of hopelessness and despair.

Just seeing the pictures and videos on tv break my heart. I know it is much worse to actually be there. I will be praying and giving to the best of my ability. This is one more opportunity to build a bridge.

My heart is with the people of Haiti. Having been there and knowing that they have so little already makes this so much worse. Which makes our job as a church and more importantly the hands and feet of Jesus so crucial. It is time to build that bridge and turn on some lights. 8(

I was watching the news this morning about this. In the midst of all the trauma of this disaster, there was a large group of Haitians sitting together singing Praises to God!! As heart broken as we all are, there is hope and God is moving in Haiti!!

God has been working long before this disaster to stir BACC to reach the people of Haiti with his love. Listen closely and be obedient! Pray to be used by God today to bring hope and healing to Haiti. You may have never been there but several in BACC have made friends there. Please pray!
