There was quite a long wait at times. Not sure how to do it, but is there a faster way to fill the plates? Maybe just to have a set menu---no choices---that way kitchen can start loading plates easier than passing down plates that each have individual ticket/order. That would make it easier for servers in getting it back to the correct person also... (The Isaiah House group were a little confused though---they thought they were coming to help serve--not to be served) Overall I thought it was a great effort, beautiful decorations, etc. and I think we should do it again next year.
